Longevity Connect Australia exists to make the science of longevity accessible, honest, and actionable — without the hype.
The longevity space has a noise problem. Influencers promote products they're paid to sell. Supplement companies fund research that confirms their claims. Podcasters repeat talking points that sound scientific but aren't well-supported.
Longevity Connect Australia was built to cut through that. We're an independent publication focused on Australians aged 25–50 who are health-conscious, curious, and tired of sorting through the marketing to find the signal.
Our editorial approach is simple: we follow the evidence, we note where it's strong and where it's weak, and we write for people who want to understand the why — not just the what.
Five pillars form the backbone of everything we publish: Foundations (sleep, nutrition, exercise, stress), Supplements & Compounds, Protocols & Guides, Science & Education, and Diagnostics & Testing.
Every article is written with Australian context in mind — product availability, Medicare, TGA-approved supplements, and testing options available in this country. You won't find recommendations that only work if you live in the US.
We cite primary research where it exists. We distinguish between animal studies, small human trials, and large population studies — because they are not the same. We flag conflicts of interest. And we update content when the evidence changes.
We're not anti-supplement. We're not anti-biohacking. We're pro-evidence. If something works, the data will show it. If the data isn't there yet, we'll say so clearly.
Every claim is traceable to a source. We distinguish between strong and weak evidence, and we say so explicitly.
Supplements, testing, clinics, pricing — everything is considered through an Australian lens. No US-only recommendations.
We don't accept sponsored content. We don't promote products we're paid to promote. Editorial decisions are made without commercial influence.
We cover what works and what doesn't. Hype gets the same scrutiny as scepticism. We're not here to confirm your existing beliefs.
The newsletter is the core product. It's free, it's weekly, and it's written for people who take their health seriously — not for clicks.
